Inside Sales Representative
Job Overview:
Be the focal person for Classic Wire for a select group of manufacturer sales representatives (sales reps), supporting, training and assisting them in developing sales for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing communication with our customers and sales reps through, but not limited to, direct phone calls to promote Classic Wire.
- Develop strong relationships with our sales reps, electrical distributers and select House or direct accounts.
- Daily communication with sales reps and customers.
- Cold Calling select distributors to promote Classic and support local sales rep.
- Develop requested quotations.
- Customer service including order status, quote follow up, inventory checks, etc.
- Assist Regional and Sales Managers in support of quotations and customer service.
- Obtain and report all competitive information / pricing.
Qualifications:
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Team members.
- Effective communication, negotiation, customer service and relationship skills.
- Experienced in EXCEL to develop data reports and quotations.
- Fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques
- Experience in the Wire and Cable or electrical distribution industry is preferred.
- Goal and Detail oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree desired but not required
- Culture – open and friendly, relaxed but responsible and meets expectations.

Machine Operator - Wire Cutter
Job Overview:
Cutting and coiling electrical wire and cable.
Responsibilities:
- Operating wire cutting machinery to cut and re-spool cable for customer orders
- Operating coiling machines to make hand coils for electrical contractors
- Operating forklift to move material around warehouse for various customer orders
- Label and locate material within warehouse using RF scanners
- Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon safely and in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions and company policies
- Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections
- Receive incoming material in accordance with company processes, accurately identify and break down the material, note discrepancies, and make the product ready for storage
- Store product in accordance with company processes
- Other duties as assigned
Experience, Educational, and Physical Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-years warehouse and forklift experience required
- Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to receive, pick, pack, ship, and move materials throughout the warehouse, including, but not limited to, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, cutting wire, and lifting materials weighing up to 70 pounds
- Ability to operate and maneuver warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, in the manner necessary to move materials and consistent with manufacturers’ instructions and safety instructions
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including the ability to perform physical requirements, adapt to seasonal changes, significant temperature variations, and inclement weather conditions
- Ability to abide by safety instruction and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or its equivalent is required

Warehouse Specialist, 2nd Shift
Job Overview:
Receive, store, select, pack, and ship wire and cable inventory.
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Responsibilities:
- Move material within the facility with RF scanners
- Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon safely and in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions and company policies.
- Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.
- Receive incoming material in accordance with company processes, accurately identify and break down the material, note discrepancies, and make the product ready for storage.
- Store and locate product in accordance with company processes within facility.
- Stage product for shipment and loading via LTL or Flatbed trailers.
- Accurately select, check, and pack orders following designated company processes for shipment, weighing, manifesting, palletizing, and loading.
- Sort and pack LTL and truckload shipments in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and carrier requirements.
- Consolidate inventory as needed; follow company procedures for handling stock discrepancies.
- Participate in company inventories
- Other duties as assigned
